the location was fine and close to things i needed.
the spa services were not great. i felt very uncomfortable because they pushed for extra services and it seemed like a scam. this reflects badly on the hotel.

the breakfast offered a tasty and diverse selection. the hotel's location is very close to the metro station. deira city center mall is also nearby. free delivery from nearby restaurants and markets is very helpful.
the lighting system was a bit complex to manage.
